which is most suitable to him or her. We teach mantra meditation
as well as other scientific and traditional techniques of
meditation. During course, you will receive your personal
mantra, instruction on how to use it and a wealth of information
about meditation and how to successfully integrate it into your
daily life. Mantras are the basic, most essential sounds of
nature. You are given your own mantra. It represents the
specific sound or vibration of the universe at the time and
place of your birth. When you silently repeat your mantra, your
awareness gently moves away from the frenzy of the non-stop
activity of the mind to the stillness of your spirit. This
soothes your entire physiology—mind, body and soul.

Physical level
Our body is made of different systems, systems are made of

Mental level

About session
The course is usually scheduled in two three-hour sessions with
a few days between sessions. In the first session you receive
your personal mantra, instruction about how to meditate and
experience your first meditation. In the second session, we
meditate as a group; you learn what to expect in meditation, how
to integrate the practice into your daily life and deepen your
understanding of your practice and its purpose.
Can I do meditation?
People of any age, education level, culture and religion can
learn meditation. It does not require specific beliefs or a
change in lifestyle. The only change or adjustment you need to
