regular
workout we start with warm up
exercises followed by
salutation series with difference variation then asana with
focused on particular viz. abs, back, arms
and legs, stretching, strength building etc. After rigorous
asana workout we end the session with Pranayama and dynamic
relaxation technique or meditation. At last but not the least
