Contains and outcome: It is based on ancient yet scientific technique of
yoga postures, mudras, breathing, movement and dynamic dance
steps. Yoga dance is a journey towards higher state of
consciousness and love to Supreme Being in large and every
individual being in particular.
This program includes dynamic pattern of
warm up exercises as cardio work out, holding postures to still
the mind with better communication between body and mind, moving
postures with rhythmic music to experience the existence of
spirit within by canalizing the energy using scientific mudras.

Technique is included which you will enjoy for sure.
It
comprises five stages that are accompanied by music (except for
stage 4).
In the
first, the person engages in ten minutes of rapid breathing
through the nose.
The second
ten minutes are for Catharsis: "[L]et whatever is happening
happen. ... Laugh, shout, scream, jump, shake – whatever you
feel to do, do it!"
For the
next ten minutes, the person jumps up and down with their arms
raised, shouting Hoo! each time they land on the flats of their
feet.
In the
fourth, silent stage, the person freezes, remaining completely
motionless for fifteen minutes, and witnessing everything that
is happening to them.
The last
stage of the meditation consists of fifteen minutes of dancing
and celebration.
Finally, with this great program, you will discover dynamic
super human within to enjoy life with divine love, happiness,
harmony.
